二、申请美国研究生面试绝对不要做的：把自己变得很low或者没特点。

Simon MBA Interview with Eileen Ketchoyian (Simon admission and part time MBA)

Eileen来自admission但是同时也是Simon part time MBA。人很好，声音很清晰，在交流过程中会给出”great”, ”that makes sense”之类的回复。一开始双向视频的，然后我说网络有点卡，Eileen就把她那边的视频关掉了。于是结果就是我开着视频全程对着黑屏幕傻笑。

Eileen表示除了我的resume其他资料都没有看过，所以我们就从resume开始了。

1. More about your work experience

说了事务所3年工作经历。觉得审计很有意思，可以接触到不一样的行业和management style，然后dig into a company的过程challenging but interesting

2. Challenging experience as assistant manager? PSI.

3. 现在在做什么? Why quit 事务所?

因为家人生病需要回到家乡，所以离职了。现在在自家的小firm做tax consulting，觉得是新的领域也蛮有意思的。

4. Why MBA now? Career goal? Why Simon?

因为理想是做CFO, 觉得需要strategic view和加强problem solving skill，希望MBA在这方面能给我帮助。长期目标显然就是CFO了，短期目标是做assistant of executives。选择Simon是因为：1. Diversity; 2. Curriculum; 3.career service; 4.beautiful river campus.

说到campus的时候Eileen问说你网上看了图么? 我说我不仅看了我还google street view了，但是VPN太差每次都在一条路上走半分钟就掉线了……

5. Plan after graduation American/home country?

最好是工作一段时间以后回老家。目标企业是阿里巴巴，然后扯了下作为家乡父老对阿里巴巴很自豪。

6. Backup plan?

回事务所. Eileen问说有没有和事务所 agree好，回答说因为performance好所以其实回去的希望还是挺大的。并且有manager和我说欢迎我回去，但是不知道到时人家还在不在了。

7. Travel experience in foreign countries

说了之前去土耳其和日本玩的经历。

8. Areas you want to improve in business school?

Interpersonal skills. 说自己作为中国人其实蛮out going的，但是中国文化就很含蓄啊，所以希望到了国外还能成为一个out going type.
